Do đó, nói một cách tổng quát, Thập Giá Khả Biến cai quản hình hài hay bản chất sắc tướng, kiểm soát toàn bộ chu kỳ sống của từng linh hồn qua các giai đoạn kinh nghiệm thấp của nhân loại, các giai đoạn con người thực sự và các tiến trình hội nhập của sự phát triển phàm ngã, cho đến khi con người đứng vững lên như một người đã chỉnh hợp, từ từ tái định hướng chính mình đến một linh thị cao siêu hơn, một chân trời rộng lớn hơn và hiểu rõ thực tại theo chiều dọc (vertical) và như thế trở thành người tìm đạo (aspirant). Speaking generally, therefore, the Mutable Cross governs the form or body nature, controls the whole life cycle of the individual soul through the stages of the lower experiences of humanity, the strictly human stages, and the integrating processes of personality development until the man stands forth as an aligned person, slowly reorienting himself to a higher vision, a wider horizontal and vertical grasp of reality and thus becomes the aspirant.
