Chúng ta có thể chú trọng thêm đến nhiều vấn đề mà bí nhiệm phân cực, khi được tiết lộ, sẽ giúp điểm đạo đồ hiểu rõ, nhưng những điều nói trên là đủ. Bí nhiệm này chính yếu là liên quan đến Vishnu, hay trạng thái thứ nhì. Nó tóm tắt trong một câu ngắn gọn toàn bộ kiến thức thu được trong Phòng Minh Triết, cũng như các bí nhiệm trước tóm lược hoàn toàn những gì đã đạt trong Phòng Học Tập. Nó đề cập đến tâm thức và sự phát triển của tâm thức nhờ và thông qua trạng thái vật chất. Nó thực sự liên quan đến sự thống nhất của ngã và phi-ngã cho đến khi chúng thực sự là một.
One could go on emphasising the multiplicity of matters which the mystery of polarity, when revealed, makes clear to the initiate, but the above suffices. This secret concerns primarily the Vishnu, or second aspect. It sums up in one short phrase the totality of knowledge gained in the Hall of Wisdom, as the earlier secrets summed up the totality achieved in the Hall of Learning. It deals with consciousness and its development by and through the matter aspect. It concerns literally the unification of the self and the not-self till they are verily and indeed one.
Vào cuộc điểm đạo thứ năm, đại bí nhiệm về lửa hay trạng thái tinh thần được tiết lộ cho vị Chân sư đang ngạc nhiên, thắc mắc, và Ngài hiểu, theo một ý nghĩa mà người phàm không thể hiểu được, sự kiện tất cả là lửa và lửa là tất cả. At the fifth initiation the great secret which concerns the fire or spirit aspect is revealed to the wondering and amazed Master, and He realises in a sense incomprehensible to man the fact that all is fire and fire is all. This secret may be said to reveal to the Initiate that which makes clear to Him:—

a. The secret name of the Planetary Logos, thus revealing one syllable of the name of the Solar Logos.
b. Công tác và phương pháp của trạng thái hủy diệt của thiêng liêng.
b. The work and method of the destroyer aspect of divinity.
c. Các tiến trình dùng để tạo nên thời kỳ tiềm sinh hay ngơi nghỉ.
c. The processes whereby obscuration and pralaya are induced.
d. Công thức toán học tóm tắt tất cả các chu kỳ biểu hiện.
d. The mathematical formula which sums up all the cycles of manifestation.
e. Bản tính tam phân của lửa, và ảnh hưởng của đại hoả trên tiểu hoả.
e. The triple nature of fire, and the effect of the great fire upon the lesser.
Vì trạng thái Shiva hay trạng thái thứ nhất này sẽ đạt được mức hoàn thiện, hay đúng ra là đến mức có thể thấu hiểu trong thái dương hệ tới, nên tiếp tục xem xét bí nhiệm này không có lợi gì. Bảng kê sau đây có thể giúp cho người môn sinh hiểu rõ toàn bộ vấn đề:
As this Shiva, or first, aspect is the one which will arrive at perfection, or, rather, come within the reach of comprehension within the next solar system, it profits not to continue considering this secret. The following tabulation may make the whole matter clearer to the mind of the student:—
