“The white is of those who resort to the means of improvement, of study and meditation. This is dependent upon the mind alone. It does not depend upon external means, it is not, therefore, brought about by injuring others.”

It will be apparent now that these three types of karma have direct reference to:
a. Cõi vật chất…………………………….. cảnh giới hồng trần.
a. The plane of materiality………………..the physical plane.
b. Cõi của các cặp đối cực …………….. cảnh giới cảm dục.
b. The plane of the pairs of opposites…the astral plane.
c. Cõi của tư tưởng chuyên nhất ….. cảnh giới trí tuệ.
c. The plane of one-pointed thought……the mental plane.
Những người có nghiệp quả trắng đang tiến tới trong cố gắng làm cân bằng các cặp đối cực. Nay họ đi vào tiến trình hữu ý tự giải thoát một cách khôn ngoan ra khỏi tam giới. Họ thực hiện điều này bằng cách:
Those whose karma is white are those who, having made progress in balancing the pairs of opposites, are now engaged in the process of conscious intelligent emancipation of themselves from the three worlds. This they do through:
a. Học hỏi, nghiên cứu, hay là phát triển trí tuệ, qua việc đánh giá luật tiến hóa và thấu hiểu thực tính của tâm thức, và mối liên hệ của tâm thức một mặt là với vật chất và mặt khác là với tinh thần.
a. Study, or mental development, through an appreciation of the law of evolution and an understanding of the nature of consciousness and its relation to matter on the one hand and to spirit on the other.
b. Tham thiền, hay là chế ngự cái trí. Từ đó họ tạo nên cơ chế để linh hồn chủ trị các hạ thể. Và nhờ đó mà hiển thị lĩnh vực của linh hồn.
b. Meditation, or mind control and thus the creation of that mechanism which renders to the soul the control of the lower vehicles, and makes possible the revelation of the soul realm.
c. Không gây tổn hại. Không lời nói, tư tưởng hay hành động nào gây hại cho bất cứ hình thể nào mà qua đó sự sống của Thượng Đế đang tự phát biểu.
c. Non-injury. No word, thought or deed brings harm to any form through which the life of God is expressing itself.
4. Loại nghiệp quả cuối cùng được gọi là không đen không trắng. Không phát sinh bất cứ loại nghiệp quả nào. Không hậu quả nào được tạo ra do các nguyên nhân mà nhà yogi đã phát khởi có thể ràng buộc y vào phương diện hình thể của cuộc biểu hiện. Khi y hành động với tâm thái buông xả, không ham muốn điều gì cho chính mình,
4. The final type of karma is described as neither black nor white. No karma of any kind is engendered; no effects are set up through causes initiated by the yogi that can serve to hold him to the form side of manifestation. Acting as he does from the standpoint of non-attachment, desiring
