12. Juno Aspects - Marriage Committment.
Juno-Ceres. Marriage and nurturing unite. With the conjunction and easy aspects, the ability to commit in formal relationships and build harmonious relationships is good. Caring and nurturing the partner and family comes naturally and consequently; formal relationships will be pleasurable and harmonious. This remains a potential with hard aspects. But until feelings of unworthiness and low self-esteem are healed, until those with this combination learn to unconditionally love and accept themselves as they are; intimate relationships could be ruined with jealousy, suspicion and resentment. Being more sensitive and attentive to other people's needs and learning to value the benefits of a good union; these will help to form healthier bonds.

The conjunction and easy aspects indicate an innate ability to intelligently understand what needs to be done to create harmony in marriage and to resolve disputes. Consequently, there is an opportunity to build a career out of marriage and couple counselling. Hard aspects indicate that jealousies, possessiveness, rigid views and beliefs may sabotage unions. If formal partnerships are difficult, owning up to one's contribution to the trouble is required and taking steps to change the pattern. The remedy is to become more accepting and forgiving, lower any unrealistic expectations and to look for the good in others rather than focusing on any negatives.

Learning how to harmonise conflicting forces that arise when in close association with another - this will contribute to better relations generally with others and benefit the future direction. It is important to heal this, to be free from the old and move into the new.
Juno-Asc. Marriage and new beginnings unite. All aspects indicate that the development of healthy intimate relationship with the marriage partner is part of the soul's purpose in this life. But the right balance should be struck. Hard aspects indicate that in the past, spiritual growth was sacrificed because of a jealous partner or too much time was diverted into a demanding marriage. That should not be allowed to happen again. Straightening this out now will help to ensure that in future incarnations, partners will be supportive.
Juno-MC. Marriage and higher-goals unite. Marriage is linked with the career or with status. For some, it may mean that marriage should be successful and happy and shown with pride to the world. There is nothing wrong with this, unless it is being done to try to compensate for fears about being unworthy in one's own right, or having no value if the union is scen to be less than perfect. The hard aspects indicate something needs addressing along these lines. In some cases, the spouse may achieve recognition and fame or one's career could be associated with the marriage industry. In other cases, habitual bachelors may be married to the job.
