16. North and South Nodes Aspects
Nodes-Asc. If the north-node conjuncts the ascendant, or makes easy aspects; it emphasises the qualities of the ascendant sign, and the need for their development to achieve spiritual purpose. If however, the south- node is conjunct or makes hard aspects to the ascendant; the negatives of the rising sign are impeding spiritual progression and must be replaced with the positive traits.
Nodes-MC. A north-node conjunction to the MC or easy aspects, emphasises the important of the career and that it should be in alignment with one's spiritual goals. The same applies with the hard aspects, but impediments have to be worked through first. However, home and family must come before a career, when the south-node conjuncts the MC and the north-node is on the 4th house cusp,
