Exercise 7: Reading the rulers of houses that have no planets in them.
Houses with no planets in them are just as important as houses that have planets. The planet ruler of the house, its sign, house and aspects represent that house's affairs. If the ruler of a house is afflicted, there will be conflict in that house. If it is well aspected with many easy aspects, things will run relatively smoothly. Diana's fourth house has no planets and ruler Mars is primarily afflicted in the eighth house
