The Transferor, S-Palms LLC, as the sole owner of the Google account registered under the email: duong@s-palms.com, hereby confirms the transfer of full ownership and usage rights of the account to the Transferee, Lo2Wo Company Limited. This transfer is made with full knowledge and consent of both parties and for legitimate business purposes.
The Transferee agrees to assume all rights, responsibilities, and obligations associated with the account, including but not limited to:
- Full administrative and operational control
- Financial and billing responsibilities
- Legal liability and regulatory compliance
- Adherence to Google’s Terms of Service and applicable laws
The parties hereby request that Google update its records and recognize Lo2Wo Company Limited as the new and sole authorized owner of the account. This includes the authority to make changes to the account information, billing details, access settings, and all associated services.
