GOD HAS A PLAN~AND WE’RE PART OF IT

“The keynote, therefore, of the Lord of the World is HUMANITY for it is the basis, the goal and the essential inner structure of all being. Humanity itself is the key to all evolutionary processes and to all correct understanding of the divine Plan, expressing in time and space the divine Purpose.” (1) Telepathy and the Etheric Vehicle, Humanity’s Key Role, Page 126

“This basic aspect of initiation - when realized by the initiate - ties his experience into a firm relation with that of the whole of humanity, whose fundamental struggle is the attainment of that freedom “whereby the soul and its powers can unfold and all men be free because of an individually attained freedom.” (2) Rays and Initiations, Page 685

“The books that I have written are sent out with no claim for their acceptance. They may, or may not, be correct, true and useful. It is for you to ascertain their truth by right practice and by the exercise of the intuition.” (3) Discipleship in the New Age II, page viii

Introduction

In the opening quotation the Tibetan Djwhal Khul, writing with and through Alice Bailey, states boldly and unequivocally that Humanity is the key to the divine Plan. Instead of being locked in despair and a sense that we cannot succeed, humanity is the hope of the entire creation.

Prefacing each of the 19 books Djwhal Khul authored with Alice Bailey, the Tibetan cautioned every reader not to accept anything found in any of the books unless she found corroboration within herself. Thus, he not only frees us to seek answers for ourselves, but he also asks that we ascertain the truth by right practice and by exercise of the intuition. He asks neither for blind obedience nor foolish devotion, but instead, for unselfish service to humanity. If the teaching calls forth a response from the illuminated mind of the worker in the world, and brings a flashing forth of his intuition, then let the teaching be accepted.

This paper examines God’s Plan and how we build the new society for the Aquarian Age, a time rapidly approaching or already here, as Djwhal Khul believed. It has four sections: Creation Stories and Creeds as Statements of God’s Plan, A Plan for the Age of Aquarius, Boxcars: Exploring Deeper, and Invitation:  The New Group of World Servers. In even simpler terms, our goal is to establish contact with the Divine so that we can know and manifest the Plan.

We begin with what the Plan is as far as we understand it and how to discover our personal role and humanity’s part in its development. We’ll examine individual and group preparation and training and share thoughts for the rapidly approaching Aquarian age. We’ll examine what has transpired in the last one hundred years and what Djwhal Khul said about our helpers, the angels.

Creation Stories and Creeds as Statements of God’s Plan

Throughout history, conquerors have overlaid their spiritual beliefs and practices on the native religion of the area they commanded and established places of worship on the sites of earlier religious observations. Christianity settled on ancient Celtic sites on the European continent, on Mayan, Aztec, and Incan holy sites in North and South America. Muslims brought the near east culture and religion to India. Similar adaptations occurred in the Far East.

Today, yoga and spiritual communities throughout the world combine east and west traditions. As a member of a yoga group, I participated in adaptation when we made advent wreaths before Christmas and the birth of our teacher from India. Later, an entire Sunday service was devised overlaying yogic ideas on the Catholic Mass. In India, Christian missionary priests established ashrams combining east and west traditions.

Many cultures and many religions, no matter how ancient or current, have described the divine Plan in one way or another. Astrologers, e.g., prize a huge, 495-page color illustrated coffee book, The Glorious Constellations, History and Mythology by Giuseppe Maria Sesti. Published in 1987 in Italy, the English translation followed in 1991. This remarkable book pictures views of the sky, as seen and interpreted by humanity since history began. (4) Harry N Abrams Inc; 1St Edition (September 1, 1991)

The creation myths of the world today include many, from those of New Zealand Maori, Australian Aborigines, American Indians, and African tribes to those of the Mediterranean, Far East, and European cultures. The Bailey Djwhal Khul materials describe a vast mystery school extending from foundational pre-earth material on the moon and Venus to Lemurian, Atlantean and present-day Aryan cultures.

The reader may find the sampling that follows startling. As a rule, we don’t think of affirmations of faith as divine Plans. They seem more like prayers, not overviews of entire philosophies. First is the Apostles’ Creed, described by Wikipedia as “based on Christian theological understanding of the canonical gospels, the letters of the New Testament and to a lesser extent the Old Testament. Its basis appears to be the old Roman Creed known also as the Old Roman Symbol.” Note the overlay of an earlier creed. Note, too, that much of the western world has recited this statement of belief based on a supporting philosophy—the divine Plan—since the middle of the 2nd century.

Apostles’ Creed

I believe in God, the Father almighty,‑
creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord.
He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit
and born of the virgin Mary.
He suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried.
He descended to the dead.
On the third day he rose again.
He ascended into heaven,
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic Church,
the communion of the saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting. Amen. (5) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apostles%27_Creed

The Holy Bible

An earlier statement reported in John 1, in the King James version of the Bible tells us:

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

The same was in the beginning with God.

All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.

The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.

He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.

That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.

10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.

11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.

12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. (6)

The Great Invocation

In this paper, we seek to define as simply as possible God’s Plan and each person’s part in it.

A simple modern articulation is the Great Invocation, first given in April 1945, in use today:

The Great Invocation

From the point of Light within the Mind of God
Let light stream forth into the minds of men.
Let Light descend on Earth.

Here we focus on light and mentation, in God’s mind and in our minds. Here we see Ray 3, the third of the three aspects of God. Four more flow from this primary third, bringing manifestation of all things into form.

From the point of Love within the Heart of God
Let love stream forth into the hearts of men.
May Christ return to Earth.

Here the focus is love and heart in God and in the individual. The second ray comes forth. The solar system itself is governed by Ray 2.

From the centre where the Will of God is known
Let purpose guide the little wills of men—
The purpose which the Masters know and serve.

Here we encounter will and purpose. Again, will and purpose from on high descending into individual men and women. Ray 1 is known in the soul of each person.

From the centre which we call the race of men
Let the Plan of Love and Light work out.
And may it seal the door where evil dwells.

God’s light, love, and plan in myriad detail manifest in time, on earth, and in the heavens. The Tibetan, Djwhal Khul, explicitly says the cosmos and beyond benefit by the presence and effort of humanity.

Let Light and Love and Power restore the Plan on Earth.

The Plan extends to all kingdoms – mineral, plant, animal, human, spiritual, global, solar, and cosmic, as well as the vast realm of the angels. Earth is becoming sacred.

OM OM OM

Lucis Trust, publisher of the Alice Bailey blue books, tells us the Great Invocation contains central truths:

“Its beauty and strength lie in its simplicity and in its expression of certain central truths:

  • The truth of the existence of a basic Intelligence to Whom we vaguely give the name of God;
  • The truth that behind all outer seeming, the motivating power of the universe is Love;
  • The truth that a great Individuality, called by Christians the Christ, came to earth and embodied that love so that we could understand;
  • The truth that both love and intelligence are effects of what is called the Will of God;
  • And finally, the self-evident truth that only through humanity itself can the divine plan work out.” (Italics added.) (7) https://www.lucistrust.org/the_great_invocation

In an appended note, the publisher calls attention to the universality of the invocation. *Many religions believe in a World Teacher, a “Coming One”, knowing him under such names as the Lord Maitreya, the Imam Mahdi, the Kalki Avatar and the Bodhisattva. These terms are sometimes used in versions of the Great Invocation for people of specific faiths.” (8) Ibid.

Shamanism and the Medicine Wheel

Finally, in this section on samples of cultural response to the divine Plan, I include beliefs and an underlying understanding and practice of the indigenous peoples, especially those of the Native American Indian tribes of North America, a form of shamanism closer in some respects to the soul of the world than the preceding creeds.

I was born a seventh-generation daughter of fur traders and pioneers to the Oregon Territory and of native Americans who’ve lived on this land for more than 15,000 years. My people descend from earlier civilizations, both Lemurian and Atlantean. From as early as I remember, my father told my siblings and me about pioneers and Indians, referring with pride to both European and Indian ancestors. His mother, my grandmother, had told him and later me to never forget our heritage. Dad’s father, my grandfather, a lovely man who told grand stories, forbade such scandalous talk. Virtually all his children and grandchildren laughed at Grandpa’s quirky views and embraced our Indian heritage.

Well into mid-life, I believed myself to be related to Chief Joseph of the Nez Perce Indians, and thus to all the tribes of the western plateau of the United States. Now, the connection to Chief Joseph seems unlikely, but there’s no question about the two lines of Indian and Metis heritage. Perhaps because of this background, I also feel an affinity with the Aborigines of Australia.

One of the most spiritual people I know is Chief Roy Wilson, now 93, Medicine Man of the Cowlitz Indian Tribe. Roy, a Methodist minister well into retirement, has written so many books I’ve lost track, and teaches with a rare ecumenicity. For him, all is One. I often compare his medicine wheel teaching with the occult studies of the Morya Federation. (9) https://www.facebook.com/jo.garceau.7/posts/10220168076943453?notif_id=1595533318592979&notif_t=feedback_reaction_generic&ref=notif

For several years, I sat in Medicine Wheel teachings with Chief Roy drumming the heartbeat of the Mother and learning the qualities of individual creatures. The indigenous commitment to the land and nature and simpler lifestyle, to the Mother of us all, is of great value to everyone. I’ve gone on shamanic spirit journeys, and a Vision Quest in 1989 before I met Roy shaped my spiritual life.

DK and Alice Bailey discuss the responsibility of humanity to connect with lower kingdoms to aid their return to the light. We cannot exist without the direct connection with nature. When dominant members of the human kingdom begin to work with the animal, plant, and mineral kingdoms, we will turn again to indigenous people and find them ready to teach us with the knowledge preserved over thousands of years.

One need sit only one time in medicine wheel teaching to gain a sense of the primary values of “lower” kingdoms, of minerals, plants, and animals. And not just these kingdoms. In indigenous people reside deep awareness of Great Spirit and profound respect for the planet itself, a Living Being. One learns that heavenly man and mother earth conjoined. One learns a new but ancient Gaia esthetic. If you sit long enough, a higher, hidden wheel, invisible to the human eye, spirals up as though through a funnel, expanding as it rises to Great Spirit.

In this time of stressful changes, Indian tribes and native peoples around the world hold a vibrational frequency which may be part of the solution to humanity’s present crisis. They are in touch with the anima mundi, the world soul. Their beliefs, their understanding of the divine Plan, have never been written down, yet this living knowledge persists.

“The world soul is, according to several systems of thought, an intrinsic connection between all living things on the planet, which relates to our world in much the same way as the soul is connected to the human body.” (10) https://www.google.com/search?q=anima+mundi&rlz=1C1CHBF_enUS932US932&oq=anima+mundi&aqs=chrome..69i57j0i131i433j0l4j0i395l2.6837j1j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

A Plan for the Age of Aquarius

Hierarchical preparations for the start of the Aquarian age during the 5th root race began centuries ago. The Great Council headed by Sanat Kumara meets every 100 years. Djwhal Khul tells us, “This Council is held at one-hundred-year intervals, and as far as our modern humanity is concerned, these Councils have been held—under our arbitrary dates—in 1725, 1825, 1925.” (11) The Rays and The Initiations – A Treatise on the Seven Rays Volume 5 p 207

Thus, this Council of the Hierarchy met in 1725, in 1825, and again in 1925. They met to begin a process that addressed the change from the Piscean to the Aquarian Age. They will meet again in 2025, just four years from now, at which time it is believed that preparations will be well underway for the return of Christ and members of the Hierarchy.

As reflected in the material that follows, the Hierarchy knew that people with souls who hadn’t been around since Lemurian and Atlantean ages would reincarnate between 1875 and 1975. This, of course, covers the time when many of us were born.

1925-1975

“This is strikingly the case in connection with the sign Aquarius into which sign our sun is now entering, (italics added) its three decanates, Saturn, Mercury and Venus, bringing inevitably difficulty, illumination and brotherly love. On the ordinary wheel, in all outer affairs, Saturn controls, and we consequently find ourselves today in a state of chaos and trouble, but as far as the consciousness of the race is concerned, Mercury is becoming increasingly active. A steady illumination is taking place and light is being thrown on all problems—light on government and politics through experiments and the study of great and basic ideologies; light on the material nature of the world through all the many branches of science; light on humanity itself through education, philosophy and psychology. This light is spreading down to the very darkest places in our planet and its many forms of life.’ (12) Esoteric Astrology, p. 173.

(The above quote discusses the rulers of the decanates. Please keep in mind as well the rulerships of the sign, exoterically Uranus, esoterically Jupiter, and hierarchically, Neptune, Uranus and Vulcan veiled by the moon.)

Esoteric Astrology was published in 1951, seventy years ago. (Note the branches of service he mentions, discussed further on.) One can feel a sense of urgency as the Tibetan writes about illumination and light. One might appropriately ask oneself, “Have I done enough? Are we ready for the return of the Hierarchy after 2025, and for the reappearance of Christ/Maitreya? Are we ready? Individually and collectively?

The Tibetan tells us that a potent inter-relation existed then between three constellations, Leo, Capricorn, and Pisces. From 1975 on, that potency would lessen until it faded out. The period of this interplay of three major energies and their focused effect upon our planet began in 1875, achieved momentum in 1925, reached its highest expression in 1945 and declined slowly until the end of this period.

After discussing the details of the three constellations, DK addressed the significance of Ray 7 for the same period:

“The seventh Ray of Ceremonial Order or Organisation is felt in the house of relationships, of organisations and of mutual effort and of aspiration (either towards good or evil). The forces of this ray work out on the seventh or physical plane—the plane whereon major changes in all forms are made and on which the disciple must firmly stand as he takes initiation.” (13) Esoteric Astrology, p 541

Djwhal Khul continued with the impact of this potent period in terms that signal a gift for everyone if we apply ourselves. First, he tells us, the incoming seventh ray produced the precipitation of Karma and led to world war. It would also lead to

2. The initiation of the planetary Logos and—with Him—of all who take their stand upon the side of the Forces of Light. This takes various forms as far as humanity is concerned:

a. The initiation of the consciousness of the masses of men into the Aquarian Age, bringing them under the new influences and potencies, and enabling them to make a response of which they would not otherwise be capable.

b. The initiation of the aspirants of the world on to the Path of Accepted Discipleship.

c. The bringing about of certain major initiations in the case of those world disciples who are ready enough and strong enough to take them.” (14 ) Ibid p 541

Chapter V of Esoteric Astrology covers the energies of the planets of the era in detail, completing the overview of the period extending from 1925 to 1975. As he sums up the period, he addresses the impact of planets also, underscoring, as noted in the first quote of this section, the importance of Uranus, Mercury, and Saturn to this age. The chapter ends:

These statements conclude what I feel it necessary to say at this time. Initiation—characterised by self-initiation—is the demand of man today. The stars declare it and decree it. The Hierarchy therefore intentionally collaborates. (Italics added.) The crying demand and aspirations of man indicate appreciation of the opportunity and recognised understanding of the proved necessity. The Spirit of Life enforces this.” (15) Ibid, p 553

Note the Hierarchy obeys what the stars decree. This appears to acknowledge the vastly more impactful role of the logos of heavenly bodies well beyond the solar system. And thus, the entirety of creation is interwoven with the flow of energies.

1975-2025

In the blue books, Djwhal Khul pointed to the future development of groups whose mind and soul are one, indicating that he himself would be giving another teaching at the beginning of the 21st century. The teaching would be given differently from those of tradition; in Telepathy and the Etheric Vehicle and elsewhere he mentions the use of the radio. One wonders if he used a word with which he was then familiar, which today would have developed into the world wide web. Certainly, in broad ranging Facebook discussion groups, individuals today share much occult information, some of which extends the earlier esoteric teachings. We are all familiar with the many webinars and classes offered by the Morya Federation, and the success of a full ten-day conference in 2020, to be repeated this year.

The following anecdotal material follows observations made since 1975. Every reader, I’m sure has similar experience. When we consider them in a group context, undoubtedly threads of commonality occur readily As DK said, the old method of teaching is shifting. Individuals on every walk of life, with every ray expressing in unique individuals, are contributing to a mosaic of understanding. We listen for the voice of the Divine and we move forward as one global community.

In the early 1970s, charismatic spiritual fervor went mainstream in the United States. The following article by Allan Anderson, The Origins of Pentecostalism and its Global Spread in the Early Twentieth Century, found at random on the internet, offers an assessment of the world-wide Pentecostal movement in the 20th century: (16) https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/pdf/10.1177/026537880502200307.

Long an expression of smaller ecstatic faith communities throughout the country, many Roman Catholics and members of Protestant congregations were caught up in the fiery expression of religious enthusiasm. Floods of emotional astral plane release impacted large groups of people across the country. Some of that enthusiasm was captured within existing congregations, impacting religious expression and in some instances, a new political expression for others. Similar groups continue today. (17) https://www.charis.international/en/.

Be Here Now, authored by Ram Das (Richard Alpert), published in 1971, was one of the first books in the mid- to late 20th century to popularize pursuit of eastern meditation and yoga. The book remains in print and has sold more than 2 million copies. (18) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Be_Here_Now_(book)#:~:text=The%20book%20has%20remained%20in,sold%20over%20two%20million%20copies.

In 1978, as an ecumenical campus minister, most students I met were more attracted to Einstein’s Theory of Relativity than to Christianity. They told me all things—rocks, plants, animals, and people—had energy, and therefore consciousness. Startled, yet eager to work with them, I began looking deeply at their beliefs and found them compatible with my love of nature. Over time I adopted their beliefs.

My experience with students built on information garnered from several books by Teilhard de Chardin, a Jesuit priest paleontologist who spent years investigating man’s origins in remote parts of China. In a compelling, mystical, prose poem titled, Mass on the World, de Chardin described embracing and offering the physical world itself and humanity’s suffering as the sacred elements of a Mass. In his writing, he described a Christocentric world, i.e., a world in which Christ is in every aspect of the creation. Ultimately, he projected an Omega point, the ending of the world in an explosion of oneness and light. (19) https://www.contemplative.org/contemplative-practice/mass-on-the-world/

A student intern working with me arranged for Fritjof Capra, whose books on the relationship of physics and spirituality remain influential, to speak on campus. After hearing him discuss The Tao of Physics, my teenage son and I began to follow closely the concurrent development of modern physics and spirituality. For us, David Bohm’s theory on implicate orders provided an imperfect but concise shorthand method to communicate how spiritual energy and mundane force work, moving from external appearance to more and more subtle realms of consciousness, and from personal to solar to galactic to super galactic and cosmic entities. (20) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Tao_of_Physics

Some years later, a nagging philosophical conundrum (Who am I? What is my purpose? What’s keeping me from it?) combined with an abiding interest in astrology and I enrolled in classes leading to a Shamanic Astrology certificate. In discussions that occurred over several years, we ruminated about the solar system and the planets, the Milky Way, constellations, black holes and distant star formations, a local group of galaxies and eventually an even larger group of galaxies, the super galaxy. (21) https://shamanicastrology.com/

In his New Moon reports, the late Nick Anthony Fiorenza expanded on the meaning of great star systems, newly discovered astral bodies, and black holes. Hare in the Moon psychotherapist Lorna Bevan (22) https://www.hareinthemoonastrology.co.uk/ makes us aware of the galactic center, the great attractor beyond the Milky Way and the supergalactic attractor, the huge black hole (Messier 87). This black hole, influencing late Virgo and early Libra, was the first to be photographed and was shared with the public in April 2019 (23) https://www.washingtonpost.com/science/2019/04/10/see-black-hole-first-time-images-event-horizon-telescope/?wpisrc=al_news__alert-hse--alert-national&wpmk=1. Robert Wilkinson (24) (https://www.aquariuspapers.com/) reminds us of the masters and the ancient mystery school with his near daily reports reaching millions in the language of the 21st century. Humanity is rapidly expanding beyond the solar system and in need of a new cosmology.

Many changes are occurring as we move from the Piscean age. Several that readily come to mind are the increasing inclusion of women and minorities in public life, the explosion of information and world wide web, diminishing species of plants and animals, and the movement toward group activity.

In my work as an astrologer, for the last several years almost all those I work with are not only healers in the traditional sense but feel compelled to share their services in diverse ways, based on insights they regularly receive through intuition and insight. This work was described in my first-year paper, The Shift to the Aquarian Age: From Sixth to Seventh Ray and New Zodiacal Influences, An Astrological Approach, with reference to a combination of the energies of Uranus and Hygiea, an asteroid named for the Greek healing goddess known since the pre-Christian era.

A key emphasis in the Tibetan’s years of effort was the development of spiritual groups, people who would engage together in promulgating the divine Plan. This requires blending of soul energies so closely that the mind and soul of the group becomes the functioning identification of all members of the group.

Over the last twenty-five years, large corporations have embraced the concept of “group” as well, for the most part because it benefits the business bottom line. Groups in these settings can lead to conformity, can diminish the creativity of the individual. At the same time, the potential in collaboration is well worth pursuing. Change in social groupings especially is frustratingly slow.

Eventually, a broader idea will prevail as the benefits of synergy are recognized. Being a part of a group releases an individual from a grandiose sense of responsibility. Of having to do it all by oneself. We no longer need to model Hercules, acting alone.

In an ashram, we welcome the potential of working as one to realize the return of Christ. As one relaxes into belonging and s/he is freed up to express in new and more innovative ways, we adapt to those we are with. At the same time, we retain our individuality and freedom to work as individuals. We anticipate our thoughts are shared within the group telepathically even as we move individually along our chosen avenue of exploration of and development within God’s Plan.

This brings us to the key developmental need of the divine Plan at this time: telepathic communication with the Divine.

Divine Guidance: Telepathic Communication

Later, we will explore key modes of service to the divine Plan. For now, telepathic communication is so important to every service we perform as disciples that it mandates focused attention. No one of us can serve without connection with divine inspiration. From the very beginning of awareness, our soul has can sent messages, albeit at subtle levels. Before we can experience visions and bring them to fruition in the Age of Aquarius, we must receive divine inspiration.

In general, telepathy is identified as direct transference of thought from one person (sender or agent) to another (receiver or percipient) without using the usual sensory channels of communication, hence a form of extrasensory perception (ESP). (25) The Editors of Encyclopaedia Britannica, https://www.britannica.com/topic/telepathy.// In the beginning, telepathy is used in the mundane sense. It occurs in the lower triad, in the concrete mind, astral, and physical etheric realms. These expressions build a foundation in sensitivity and awareness preparing for the time when the individual becomes aware of the upper triad of divine energy and can bridge into the higher realms of creative intelligence, love, and wisdom, and will. Telepathy in the occult sense applies in the realm of the monad and the higher triangle of Will, Love, and Active consciousness. It is reached via meditation and the antahkarana, a bridge we build that enables a vision of what can be. Mundane and occult telepathy are substantially different. In spiritual telepathy, two laws underpin the interplay of consciousness and form. The field in which they operate embraces the vastness of all eternity and reaches down to the most finite, to the tiniest unit of form. In fact, the Tibetan tells us that in five hundred years, most people will communicate with each other without speech. Whole classrooms of children will learn together by osmosis. They will understand what each is thinking and discovering without writing or speaking. Law 1 tells us that God is everywhere and in everything. God, the Source, is all things, all thought and all essence. Because He/She is omnipresent, we can find Him in familiar ways, e.g., in the things we see, hear, taste, touch and smell. Things like color, musical notes, numbers, and geometric forms. She’s in the things we know, too. In ideas. In consciousness. In the thoughts you have and want to share with others. Ideas, thoughts, and consciousness reach much further than the things we see, hear, taste, touch and smell, the things we call form and matter. The world we live in is large, but the world of ideas, of consciousness, is much, much larger. You never know if an idea you have could change the world. Imagine: scientists tell us that only about 4 percent of all creation can be seen, touched, felt, heard, or smelled. A very tiny bit of it. That’s like standing on the ocean shore and thinking about all the lakes in the whole world. Lakes have about 3 percent of all the water on the surface of our globe. The rest is ocean. In the same way, if you think of all the forms in the known universe, they make up between 1 and 10 percent of the total creation. The rest is consciousness–space. The air we breathe is part of space, but that’s only the beginning. Space is energy, consciousness, ideas, and infinitely small bits and pieces of form. Space is incredibly important. Actually, you already know a lot about communicating telepathically. Among us are forerunners who’ve been receiving information from their souls for years. And the group expands each year as more people join with them. Every year, children born since 1985 or so intuitively know they are a part of a vast, interlocking, vibrant field. (Instead of vibrant, we could use words like lively, energetic, animated, sparkling, shimmering, kind of buzzy. A “tuned in” teenager once told me his best class was talking about what he and his classmates feel. It turned out he meant sharing intuitive knowledge.) Every decade, a greater percentage of these sensitive, imaginative children are born into our world. Trees talk to them; they see angels or feel the music they play. Enough of them have told me their stories in the last ten years for me to feel certain there are millions of people like them in the world. And more coming in, as the decades succeed one another. Law 2 is the opposite of the ocean of consciousness. It’s the ground, the form, that catches the moving spark, that idea no one thought of before…The first law says consciousness is everywhere in everything. Law One sends; Law Two receives. The goal is to receive, share information about the divine Plan, and make it real in the world of form. To accomplish this awesome task, we must communicate clearly and as perfectly as possible. You could say we want to receive an image, sense or feel it as an idea, then turn it into a thought and finally make it real in some form. One of the most readily accessible means of participating in a group receiving divine transmission is via full moon meditations. Around the world, billions of people are members of religions or other groups that recommend daily meditations. A quick web search did not identify a dependable number of those who meditate at each full moon. Still, one quickly estimates hundreds of millions. With this in mind, one wonders at the awesome numbers of people, Buddhists, and yoga practitioners and those from other east and west traditions who participate in the full moon meditations during the annual Wesak festival at the May full moon. At this remarkable assembly, the Buddha comes Himself to bless the Hierarchy and Humanity, to send out a message that will guide us for the full year. Month after month, as each full moon occurs, we gather for group meditations to receive additional messages adding depth to the annual transmission. These gatherings are designed to transmit divine messages which we receive telepathically. Telepathic communication is fundamental to realizing God’s Plan. We all must learn to meditate, must find our way along the spiritual path, must build the antahkarana to reach the upper triad, to receive higher energies. There we find the potential for impressions from soul, Hierarchy, monad, and beyond. There we find the possibility of reaching and involving billions, if they so choose, to share in the development of the Plan. In centuries to come, the development of God’s Plan will increasingly depend upon telepathy as the main way to communicate with God, other individuals and within and to groups. Boxcars: Exploring Deeper A recurring dream I had from childhood well into mature adulthood came to mind as I formulated this paper. The dream involved a steam engine, box cars and a railroad track I stood near each school day in the years I attended second to eighth grades. The dream took many forms as I grew, and always the train prevented me from getting to my destination.  Sometimes I would begin to climb over the train; it would break in two and I’d be thrown to the tracks.  Another time, the cars were uncoupled; I dashed toward the gap, and just as I reached the track, the cars hooked up. I lay on gravel between the rails while overhead the cars clack clacked as they moved swiftly on.  In my thirties, I got too big to fit in the engine, and still I dreamed.  Decades later, the old steam train became a streamlined toy train on a trestle.  I knelt and looked under the tracks into a vast tree-covered mountain vista, extending as far as one could see. The recurring dream, the engine and every boxcar reminded me of elements of the divine Plan; each boxcar holds a treasure, a component of our spiritual studies.   The track might be the antahkarana. The engine might be the personality and the cars chakras of the etheric physical body. Eventually the personality became the little toy train in a vast vista. Fundamentals Rays - Earlier we considered at length the importance of building the antahkarana through meditation and purification in order to have access to God’s Plan and to carry it out. Another approach to telepathy is through a study of the rays. In effect, God is One. As the creation goes forward, Her seven rays separate out, emanating throughout the entirety of the manifest worlds. Rays 1, 2 and 3 are primary rays, the rays of aspect. Rays 4, 5, 6 and 7, the rays of attribute, unfold from Ray 3, variously identified as consciousness, pure idea, Creative Intelligence, the realm of pure knowing. Ray 4 is concerned with conflict and harmony; Ray 5 with scientific thought in its broadest sense. Ray 5 is intelligence as it splinters into a myriad of forms, the realm of applied knowledge and detail in the mundane world. Ray 6 is devotion and its opposite, insistence that my way is the only way; Ray 7 is concerned with concrete manifestation of all forms. Rays 1, 3, 5 and 7 are “hard” rays tending to the use of will, getting results, and involving the mind. Rays 2, 4 and 6, the so-called soft rays, are heart oriented. They display feeling including tenderness, love and wisdom, beauty, and devotion. The rays are first active in the lower triad of the individual, that is, in the physical, emotional, and lower mind. Gradually, over lifetimes, sensitivity develops in the lower triad and deepens. When one meditates, one builds the antahkarana that brings contact with the upper triad, with the higher realms of love, intelligence, and will. Indeed, as all seven chakras of the individual are activated to some degree, so proceeds the development of telepathy moving from the lower to the upper triad and including all levels of awareness. All numbers carry a unique vibration, without exception. Three, with its connection to the divine three of will, love, and intelligence, and seven with its connection to the rays carry great significance. One, Beingness, is the vast container out of which pours multifaceted creation. And then there are seven. Seven rays and seven kingdoms and seven continents and seven planets, seven colors and seven sounds and likely seven genus of every sort. Seven is a holy number, a prime number, echoing forever from mountain top to mountain top. Resonating deep in the valleys. Astrology – Training in this field continues. This past year Michael Robbins offered classes on Triangles, adding specific information about triangular relationships between houses, constellations, and planets. Recordings are stored in makara.us. Glamour and Illusion - On our journey, we evaluate both our personal and humanity’s distortions of truth and attempt to correct faulty perceptions of reality. We purify ourselves. Some of those reading this material may recall childhood experiences of self-examination in efforts to purify oneself and to grow into holiness. We know, too, that we belong to groups, including the ultimate group on earth, all of us as a collectivity. Humanity may be viewed as a single entity with issues that reflect en masse the misperceptions of each of us. We learn and practice the Technique of Light involving a focus of three levels of light, the light of matter, mind, and soul. Each is a key electric energy. Combining the force of the physical and mental planes and the energy of the soul, the technique is especially potent in dissipating glamour as it combines personality and soul working together. The Technique is used at both individual and group levels. Djwhal Khul tells us, “If this is so, you can see how groups of disciples can constitute a contribution to the emerging revelation and how useful our consecrated service can be. I say “our” advisedly, brother of old, as I am working definitely towards these three ends as a part of my ordained (self-ordained) service. I ask for your cooperation and assistance. The steady impact of right thought on the human consciousness by trained groups of thinkers is the method that can be most successfully applied at this time, and here these groups can help profoundly. “One of the things which will emerge most definitely during the next three or four decades is the work that groups can do on levels other than the physical. Group service and united effort towards group welfare has for two centuries been seen on Earth in all fields of human endeavour—political, philanthropic and educational. Group service on the astral plane has been started also since 1875, but united effort to dispel the world glamour is only now in process of organising and this group can be a part of the corporate effort towards this end, and swell the number of those so engaged. Train yourselves, therefore, and learn how to work.” (26) Glamour, A World Problem, p 19 Mind – Mind is divided into five parts, beginning with the lowest: 1) kama-manas, a blend of the lower mental and emotional planes which may be slightly tinged with soul; 2) the concrete mind, the brain, which deals with the mundane world and as the person develops, with information received from the higher mind; 3) the Soul itself, the thinking and perceiving entity; 4) the abstract mind located in the next subplane higher (the lowest aspect of the Spiritual Triad); 5) The transcendent mind associated with the buddhic plane in the upper triad. The value in naming these levels lies partly in providing a matrix for the identification of problems in each and reconciling them. The personality works with the Soul to overcome obstacles that block Soul and higher energies of the Spiritual Triad, thus transforming the consciousness. To restate, let’s look at involution and evolution. Energy/consciousness is released from the highest level of all creation, the Logos, and moves downward to the lowest particle: this is involution. After eons, the energy (now force) begins an upward return – evolution – back to pure Being. In the mental plane are seven subplanes. Viewed from either top down or bottom up, the middle subplane, the fourth, is the highest position of concrete thought. The fifth subplane going up (down position three) is home to the Soul early on the Path. Above is the sixth subplane (descending subplane two), the level of the soul later on the Path. The highest subplane of the mental plane is the level of the abstract mind. Here the meditator first encounters “empty mind.” In ordinary man, a gap exists between the concrete and the abstract sublevels of the mind which must be bridged. The antahkarana, a channel for energies moving up and down, is built by the meditator to reach the upper subplane, closing the gap between the ordinary mind and the abstract mind in stages. The first stage of the antahkarana level bridges from the concrete mind to the soul, and the second level of the antahkarana bridges from the soul to the abstract mind. Once this is accomplished, the meditator has access to the upper triad and increased spiritual energy. Science and Kingdoms of Nature - The Tibetan tells us that Humanity has an important role in relation to the kingdoms in nature, acting as a connecting unit between lower and higher kingdoms. Each of us and each of the lower kingdoms, mineral, plant and animal, have affinity with different rays. It follows then, that once one is familiar with the qualities of the rays in oneself, one potentially has the ability to connect with the rays within each of the other kingdoms. The magnetism of a ray carried by an individual human, for example, may draw an animal to him. The beauty or the perfume of a flower draws the attention of a person. Too, both we and plants, animals and minerals are part of the universal etheric field. Energetically, all kingdoms and all forms everywhere carry subtle vibrational signatures. All connect via the universal etheric field. As one becomes more sensitive, one knows oneself as a part of the Whole. Sensitives may develop a variety of siddhas, e.g., the subtle expansions of the five senses into the higher triad. Just as disciples develop qualities of the upper triad once the antahkarana is built, they may also become sensitive to the vibrations of the lower kingdoms. Essentially, as we build the antahkarana we build ability to move both up and down between kingdoms, to use the commonly accepted understanding of lesser and greater. Just as time is one unit divided into past, present, and future, all creation is a single unity, separated into convenient categories for our use until we can view all form, no matter how real or unreal, as Wholeness. Path As we embark on a spiritual path that leads from being a thinking individual to one who aspires to be spiritual, to beginning the path of meditation and construction of a means of knowing our souls and higher beings, we discover significant concepts. The first is energy….on the level of the human being with his or her physical, astral, and concrete mind, energy is spoken of as force. We distinguish the more refined spiritual energy coming from higher aspects of oneself—from the soul, the upper levels of the mind, and a higher triad of active intelligence, love, and will. We discover that between the lower self and the higher self a gap exists; we meditate and build a connection between the two, the antahkarana, the importance of which we’ve discussed at length in previous sections. We learn the difference between concentration, meditation, and contemplation. As we grow as aspirants into disciple and initiate, the objective of communing with God develops. We discover bit by bit, eventually coming to the awareness that it’s possible to hear and share the word of God via the antahkarana. And thus is the path for every devotee, every disciple, and every initiate, for every level of consciousness leading into the cosmos and throughout the Universe. As we progress in learning and share and serve others, we discover our personal role in God’s Plan. Meditation, purification of body, mind, and spirit, and building the antahkarana are key to the spiritual path, to knowing God’s Plan, to finding our service extending into ever more expanded levels of consciousness until sometime in the distant future we will once again find ourselves in union with our God. One becomes aware of both the lower parts of oneself (physical etheric, astral, and lower mental) and the upper triad (atmic, buddhic and higher mental). This eventually leads to contact with the Hierarchy and even Sanat Kumara. The following statement from the Tibetan points to these contacts, and is included especially for the last sentence, “This makes the planetary purpose of so much importance.” Reading between the lines, so to speak, we recognize that the planetary purpose is of much importance, and hence so are Humanity and the Hierarchy important to the realization of God’s plan. “One other factor I will mention among the many possible: The members of an Ashram are all in the process of demonstrating love and pure reason, and they are—at the same time—focussing themselves in the Will aspect of divinity. This statement may mean little to you at present but it is fundamentally the factor which creates the higher antahkarana, uniting the Hierarchy and Shamballa. This makes the planetary purpose of so much importance.” (27) DINA II, p 106 In the Path coursework, we discern our own position on the spiritual journey by taking a close look at the experience of “ordinary” individuals, aspirants, and chelas (students) on the probationary path, accepted disciples and initiates. Adding to this self-assessment, we make an educated guess about the rays governing our physical etheric, astral, mental, personality and soul levels. We take a first look at group involvements, i.e., our relationship to a master and our participation in an ashram. All of this contributes to the discernment of our soul’s purpose for this incarnation as well as providing information on tests we may undergo, qualities to develop, and areas of soul service to undertake. Psychology Seven rules are given by Djwhal Khul for inducing soul control, the aim of which is ultimately to aid in understanding of God’s Plan as one progresses from awareness to greater awareness. DK states that he only has awareness to the level of his position on the path. The first aim of this work, he tells us, is to establish an outpost of the Consciousness of God in the solar system. The second is to establish this outpost in humanity, the third that it be on earth. This outpost will serve planet, solar system, the seven systems that make up the one about whom naught is known and perhaps to extend to the universe and beyond. The fourth aim is that this center - located in humanity - on the earth - within the solar system - within the seven systems - will radiate the entire realm of Lives impacted by the One About Whom Naught May Be Said. Because this section forms the heart of this paper, I quote extensively from Esoteric Psychology II, p 216-218 ==== “1. The Aim of These Rules ==== The objectives can (for our purposes) be stated as four in number, but each of these is capable of re-expression in a [Page 217] number of ways. They simply indicate the four major goals which the Workers with the Plan have set Themselves. Let us state them succinctly, and later we can somewhat elaborate them:— 1. The first aim and the primary aim is to establish, through the medium of humanity, an outpost of the Consciousness of God in the solar system. This is a correspondence, macrocosmically understood, of the relationship existing between a Master and His group of disciples. This, if pondered on, may serve as a clue to the significance of our planetary work. 2. To found upon earth (as has already been indicated) a powerhouse of such potency and a focal point of such energy that humanity—as a whole—can be a factor in the solar system, bringing about changes and events of a unique nature in the planetary life and lives (and therefore in the system itself) and inducing an interstellar activity. 3. To develop a station of light, through the medium of the fourth kingdom in nature, which will serve not only the planet, and not only our particular solar system, but the seven systems of which ours is one. This question of light, bound up as it is with the colours of the seven rays, is as yet an embryo science, and it would be useless for us to enlarge upon it here. 4. To set up a magnetic centre in the universe, in which the human kingdom and the kingdom of souls will, united or at-oned, be the point of most intense power, and which will serve the developed Lives within the radius of the radiance of the One About Whom Naught May Be Said. In these four statements we have sought to express the wider [Page 218] possibility or occasion as the Hierarchy sees it today. Their plans and purposes are destined and oriented to a larger accomplishment than it is as yet possible for normal man to vision. If it were not so, the unfoldment of the soul in man would be a prime objective in the planet. But this is not the case. It may be so from the point of view of man himself, considering him as an essentially separable and identifiable unity in the great cosmic scheme. But it is not so for that greater whole of which humanity is only a part. Those great Sons of God, Who have passed beyond the point of development of those Masters Who work entirely with the human kingdom, have plans of a still vaster and broader sweep, and Their objectives involve humanity only as an item in the Plan of the great Life “in whom we live and move and have our being.” (28) Esoteric Psychology, p 216-218 Below are shown the “colors” of the rays, that is, the nature of each rule and its goal, aiming for a synthesis of the seven. Rule 1 THE TENDENCY TO SYNTHESIS The essential goal here is to bring all things to oneness and unity. Rule 2 THE QUALITY OF THE HIDDEN VISION. Coalescing of vision to move forward according to the Plan. Rule 3 THE URGE TO FORMULATE A PLAN It's interesting to think about the timing of this set of rules for inducing soul control. It seems likely that only now has humanity reached the level of mental activity that will permit the coalescing needed in Rule 2 and begin to work mentally together as an outpost. Hierarchy and the One Soul have been preparing for eons. Rule 4. THE URGE TO CREATIVE LIFE. The essential goal here is to bring together disparate ideas and forms to create a thing of beauty. Rule 5. THE FACTOR OF ANALYSIS.   The forward edge of humanity in this age, the use of the mental capacities. Rule 6 THE QUALITY, INNATE IN MAN, TO IDEALISE. The essential goal is to discover an idea that becomes a guiding aim for an individual or a group, upon which effort and devotion focus. Ultimately, the divine Plan is the goal. Rule 7 THE INTERPLAY OF THE GREAT DUALITIES The final act of the play, synthesis of form, beauty, and energy into a new creation. Ultimately, the 7th rule for inducing soul control seeks synthesis and manifestation. No matter how much one’s consciousness expands, there will always be an urge for greater expansion, more oneness with all that is. Guides and Helpers: Devas A vast kingdom of entities, the Deva kingdom, that of the angels, exists beyond the world we live in, a realm upon which humans are quite dependent. I sense that God’s creation is vastly different than we ordinary humans imagine it to be, for once we make a shift from the 4th kingdom of Humanity into the 5th kingdom of the Soul, we enter the realm of invisible entities of vast power and influence, e.g., the archangels next to the throne of God. There, as well, we find very tiny beings, the builders, who assist us with our work of building virtually every form. There we find the solar angels, our guardian angels, the Agnichaitans, Agnishvattas, and Agnisuryans. There we find, too, the Seven Spirits Before the Throne, the planetary spirits, known also as the Logos of a planet or a Heavenly Man.  And to underscore the vast differences, we find also the helpers who give us subtle color and perfumes. Master Serapis is said to be hidden away somewhere, engaged with the Deva kingdom in devising some new cooperation between them and us. Although many of the tiny builders are on the involutionary arc, many devas are on the evolutionary arc, considerably ahead of the human kingdom in spiritual development. Yet, the two kingdoms have a symbiotic relationship, in that helping us seems to forward their own development. Certainly, they help us. Long before I learned the meaning of Mahadeva, as a devotee of Yogananda, I developed a love for Lord Shiva, the high God who spent eons in breathless contemplation. As it happened, my first book on yoga was about Shiva in the Kashmiri tradition.  And so, I learned of Shiva as the highest God, the creator of all, the Great One sitting alone immersed in contemplation.  This is unlike the Vedanta teachings I later read, where Shiva is the third among the gods, the destroyer. Shiva is both destroyer and creator.  This last year, as Pluto and Saturn slowly moved through the astrological sign of Capricorn, they provided new learning.  Pluto and Shiva seemed similar, and I came to define his energies as death and rebirth, an approach that recognizes the need for letting the old go, a time of reflection, inner growth, and new beginnings.  Mahadeva is both the Source Itself and one of the three aspects of the Divine: as an aspect, Shiva is the will and Ray One, the ultimate point to which all energies will return.  Brahma, the Mother, Active Intelligence, Ray 3 meets Ray 1, Shiva, Father and Will.  Their attraction brings about the birth of Ray 2, the Son, Wisdom and Love. Invitation:  The New Group of World Servers. How does one become a part of the Plan?  How do we individually and as members of our neighborhood or the world community know and serve the Plan? We’ve covered this earlier from another perspective, now we approach our role, our service, from the view of the soul. A distorted idea of the departing Piscean age stated that humans were born with original sin and Jesus, the Christ, was crucified to save us from that sin. In contrast, the apostle John reported, Jesus said his disciples would do the same works as he did and even greater works. We would participate in the ongoing development. I Am in the Father and the Father is in Me “10 Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? What I say to you I do not speak of my own accord: it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his works. 11 You must believe me when I say that I am in the Father and the Father is in me; or at least believe it on the evidence of these works. 12 In all truth I tell you, whoever believes in me will perform the same works as I do myself, and will perform even greater works, because I am going to the Father. (Italics added.) 13 Whatever you ask in my name I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it. 15 If you love me you will keep my commandments. 16 I shall ask the Father, and he will give you another Paraclete to be with you forever, 17 the Spirit of truth whom the world can never accept since it neither sees nor knows him; but you know him, because he is with you, he is in you. 18 I shall not leave you orphans; I shall come to you. 19 In a short time the world will no longer see me; but you will see that I live and you also will live. 20 On that day you will know that I am in my Father and you in me and I in you. (Italics added) John 14 (29) https://www.catholic.org/bible/book.php?id=50&bible_chapter=14//

A world leader ahead of his time, the United States president, John F. Kennedy, said in his 1961 inaugural address, “Ask not what your country can do for you; ask what you can do for your country.” We can echo his words, what can we do for our fellow beings, how can we be of service? How carry out God’s plan?

And now we come once again to the crux of the matter:

How do you discern the Plan?

Through meditation. By building the antahkarana. By listening for the divine message. By discovering your uniqueness, honing it, and dedicating your personal giftedness in service to the well-being of family, friends, community and to ever larger groups.

In a recent Facebook posting, Duane Carpenter shared his illustration titled, “I and My Father are One”. It shows each of us as part of the Divine.

“I would add to this the idea of woman [sic] moving into their own Spiritual Power and tapping into the great reservoir of “Directed Purpose”(Italics added). Love can only reach its apex of influence when it is supplemented and sent forth on a stream of Divine Will emanating from our “Father in Heaven”. This is a hard concept for many 2nd ray loving disciples to understand and accept because power has been so misused and prostituted for personal gain historically.

There are many types of power, one type attempts to hold people down for their own self-aggrandizement and need to control, and another type, the new Aquarian power that seeks to lift others up so that they too can share in this hidden Purpose of Existence. (Italics added.)

All spiritual disciples must eventually learn to love unconditionally but to do so intelligently and under the guidance of the Divine Will. These are the requirements that are demanded of the new Agni Yogi who is now making his-or her appearance into the world at this time.

The image attached to this post shows symbolically the new Aquarian woman, although it applies equally to everyone, (Italics added) where she stands tall and strong and has taken her rightful place amongst the spiritual hierarchy of the planet. She wields great electrical force as the image depicts and cannot be manipulated or controlled by any outer forces. . “Freedom” according to the Master DK is an unrecognized quality of divinity that all disciples must eventually invoke and incorporate into their lives.”

The Seed Groups

As we study and meditate, we discover broad categories of service, each with three primary tasks. The table below synthesizes and shows the work of nine seed groups. The tasks themselves appear to move from limited to broader applications and are associated with individuals, groups, and larger communities.

SEED GROUP TASK ONE TASK TWO TASK THREE CHAKRAS
1 TELEPATHIC COMMUNICATOR Telepathic rapport with inner planes, transcend speech Teach others telepathy, receive impressions Custodians of group purpose Head heart throat
2 TRAINED OBSERVERS Group works with light to dissipate glamour Facilitate energy flow from soul to mind to brain Facilitate energy flow particularly away from materialism Head heart solar plexus
3 MAGNETIC HEALERS Bringing through divine energy, bridging personality and soul Applying the Laws of Healing from a spiritual perspective Develop continuity of consciousness Head heart ajna
4 EDUCATORS OF THE NEW AGE Share applied knowledge, ex-pressed wisdom and occult understanding with cultured higher thinkers Share the light of wisdom with the masses. Share the light of knowledge with the illiterate Head ajna throat
5 POLITICAL ORGANIZERS Raising political awareness Statesmen formulate law Law enforcement Head heart base
6 WORKERS IN THE FIELD OF RELIGIONTranscendental Mysticism: Spirit Here and Above Transcendental Occultism: Spirit of Energy and Force Transcendental Religion/ Holy Humanity Head heart solar plexus
7 SCIENTIFIC OBSERVERS In touch with the Forward Edge of Sciences, formulate new hypotheses Understand the forces that build form Blend science and soul forces rapidly into The Plan, building new formsHead throat sacral
8 PSYCHOLOGISTS Relate the human soul to the subhuman kingdoms, and reveal the human kingdom as an intermediary between the lower and higher kingdomsUnderstand and reveal the soul of the three subhuman kingdoms Teach the Plan Head heart solar plexus throat
9 FINANCIERS AND ECONOMISTS Understand the nature of prana/energy Study how energy/money can be deflected from personal/

selfish use into service of the Plan
Study supply and demand and encourage philanthropic sharing Head heart throat sacral

Illustration 2. The Seed Groups

In the above table, working with the nine seed groups and seven chakras, twenty-seven tasks are defined. The nine groups reflect telepathic dispersal from higher planes and response from lower planes. All involve the seven rays of energy interacting between the principal planetary entity, the hierarchy, the world group of servers and ultimately with all humanity. Energy moves from higher to lower planes and to the physical, emotional, and mental centers of individuals.

The first seed group is charged with learning to communicate telepathically and then to train others. The second aims to ensure the purity of the transmissions. The third, having learned to receive impressions from higher planes, heals in the three worlds of human endeavor. They stand, examples of integrity and soul qualities, models of growing awareness who influence by radiating spiritual qualities as well as healing.

Group four educates all levels of humanity. Group five works with international, national, and individual order and governance. Group six shares transcendental religion objectively, subjectively, and wholly. The scientific Group seven attempts to be aware of the cutting edge of all planes of expression, thus, to speed their inclusion in the Plan. Group eight, the psychological, reveals the fact of the soul and bridges between lower and higher kingdoms with a heartful focus on people and lower kingdoms. Group nine is concerned with energy resources and justice in sharing (finance, economy, and philanthropy).

A tenth group, not shown, coordinates the overall work of the seed groups. This task force is composed of twenty-seven members, three each drawn from the nine groups shown in the table. These individuals have demonstrated skills in their primary group including the ability to receive and bring forth the impressions from the higher planes in concrete ways. They further synthesize and bring together the overlapping work of several or all seed groups and share these ideas widely.

Conclusion

Whatever our gifts, our higher selves are calling you and me and millions of others to a new way of being.  Together, at the beginning of a new age, we're planting seeds of the future.  Planning for a 2000-year journey of light, love, and inspired creativity. The challenges are great, but they always are.

We end as we began with the words of the Tibetan:

“The call to world salvage has gone out and today disciples are assembling all over the world. It is not an assembling upon the physical plane but a profound subjective happening. Each of the Masters is sending out the call and many probationary disciples, even though placed upon the furthest point in the periphery of the Master’s influence, are responding with eagerness; their motives are normally mixed and their response is frequently galvanized by a desire for personality progress and aggrandizement. They are, at this particular time, greatly complicating the call to service but their distortions are bringing about the fulfilment of the New Testament prophecy that (at the time of the end) there will be much distortion of the truth concerning the spread of the Christ consciousness and the return of the Christ, or the “Second Coming”.

“And so, from stage to stage the disciple passes, going from light to light, from perception to perception, from force to energy, from personality focus to soul integration and, then, from soul to spirit, from form to life. He has explored all the avenues of knowledge; he has descended into the depths, into hell and into valleys; he has climbed the mountain top of initiation and from there has swung out beyond space and time; he has lost all self-interest and is (has become) a focused point of thought in the mind of God. Can I say more than this? I think not, my brothers. And so I bring to an end this series of instructions and my responsibility in this connection is ended. Yours now begins.” THE TIBETAN.
